Fox Eye Care Group accepts most vision and medical insurance plans. In most cases, vision insurance can lower the annual expense of routine eye exams and prescription eyewear, especially helpful for large families.
We will do our best to work with your provider and maximize your insurance benefits. If you plan is not listed, don’t worry as many plans allow you to use “out of network benefits” so our optometrists might still be able to help you.
Please contact our office to receive verification of coverage/discount prior to appointment time. Bring your current insurance/discount card and a photo ID to your appointment.
